Our schools serve more diverse populations than ever before. Students are coming to our classrooms with a variety of social, cultural, and emotional issues which can impact their education in the classroom.

Rodgers Speaks: The Educator Motivator, will provide a highly interactive, motivational professional development 4 hour professional development on the following topics:
- The Power of the Growth Mindset, what it is, and what it can do for your students/staff.
- “The elephant in the room” in building relationships (teacher-student, teacher-parent) that impact student achievement that must be addressed, from within, to have positive relationships.
- Classroom management struggles, use of the T.A.L.E. philosophy (Teachers Are Leaders Everyday). Classroom management does not need to be grounded in intimidation or an overabundance of rules.
Interactive activities will include participants having “appointments,” playing games, and group activities. In addition to the presentation being highly interactive, Mills Rodgers shares his deeply personal and professional insights in regards to those topics. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from past participants. Past participants have described the presentation as authentic, professional, highly interactive, and practical in their evaluations.
